Our services may include:

• Property security reporting

2. No Guarantee of Crime Prevention
While Car Opps Monitoring works to identify and respond to security threats, we do not guarantee that criminal activity, theft, vandalism, property damage, injury, or loss will be prevented.
Security monitoring services reduce risk but cannot eliminate all risks.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:

• Maintain functional cameras and internet connectivity.

• Provide accurate emergency contact information.

• Keep all monitoring equipment powered and operational.

• Notify Car Opps Monitoring of any system changes.

• Maintain any required alarm permits or local registrations.

The customer acknowledges that service interruptions caused by power outages, internet failures, equipment malfunctions, weather conditions, or third-party providers may affect monitoring performance.
4. Emergency Response
Car Opps Monitoring may contact designated customer representatives, security personnel, or law enforcement when suspicious activity is detected.
The customer understands:

• Response times may vary.

• Law enforcement response is outside our control.

• We cannot guarantee police, fire, or emergency services will respond.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Opps Monitoring shall not be liable for:

• Theft

• Burglary

• Property damage

• Vandalism

• Personal injury

• Business interruption

• Loss of profits

• Consequential or indirect damages

Our maximum liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for one month of monitoring services.
6. Recorded Video and Data
Video footage, alerts, reports, and monitoring records may be retained for operational, security, training, legal, and compliance purposes.
The customer authorizes Car Opps Monitoring to:

• Review camera feeds

• Record monitoring events

• Generate incident reports

• Share information with law enforcement when necessary

7. Privacy
Car Opps Monitoring respects customer privacy and handles data in accordance with applicable laws.
We do not sell customer video data to third parties.
Information may be disclosed when:

• Required by law

• Requested by law enforcement

• Necessary to investigate security incidents

• Needed to protect public safety

8. Service Availability
We strive to provide 24/7 monitoring services; however, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Services may be affected by:

• Internet outages

• Power failures

• Equipment failures

• Scheduled maintenance

• Acts of God

• Third-party service disruptions

9. Payments
Customers agree to pay all fees according to their service agreement.
Failure to make timely payments may result in:

• Service suspension

• Service termination

• Collection actions

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
10. Term and Cancellation
Services continue until canceled by either party.
Either party may terminate services with thirty (30) days written notice unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
Car Opps Monitoring reserves the right to immediately terminate services for:

• Non-payment

• Fraudulent activity

• Illegal use of services

• Threatening or abusive conduct

11. Indemnification
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Car Opps Monitoring, its employees, contractors, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Customer negligence

• Equipment failures

• Misuse of services

• Violations of law

• Third-party claims related to monitored properties

12. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, service marks, website content, monitoring software, reports, and branding remain the property of Car Opps Monitoring.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
13. Changes to Terms
Car Opps Monitoring may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of Florida.
